+ My Story
Why I Started HabitCare.
I’m Lisa, the founder of HabitCare Support Services and a Goulburn Valley local living with Multiple Sclerosis. My own diagnosis reshaped the way I understood energy, routine, and what “a good day” can look like. It also taught me how powerful it is to have support that feels calm, patient, and genuinely human.
I started HabitCare because I know what it’s like to navigate daily life with changing energy levels and unpredictable symptoms. I also know how much easier things feel when someone walks beside you not in front, not behind, but right there with you, at your pace.
My approach is simple: practical routines, gentle encouragement, and support that respects your independence. I focus on the small, sustainable habits that make everyday life feel more manageable, whether that’s getting out into the community, building healthier routines, or keeping your home running smoothly.
HabitCare is my way of turning lived experience into meaningful support for others in the Goulburn Valley. If you’re looking for someone who truly understands the day‑to‑day realities of disability, I’m here to help.
